I contacted the seller to find out when I might receive this order. I was not given any information I didn't already know. The seller responded in a sarcastic way and must have felt a bit guilty as she E-Mailed Jane trying to justify or CYA. In any event, I received today after the 10 day estimated delivery. Save your money. The handle is a cheap piece of plastic with a tiny piece of microfiber cloth. You would be better off just buying microfiber cloth to clean your inside windows. I can understand the late delivery, however, the product itself is substandard.

Jane should revoke this review! As we mentioned several times, to your several emails, USPS was severely delayed. Unfortunately this customer is twisting this review because of something outside our control. I do have the email she sent us first which were completely crass and rude blaming us for the pandemic delay with USPS! We remained professional the entire time to all her emails! This customer threatened to leave us a negative review before she even received the item, because of USPS's delay. Again this review should 100% be deleted by Jane.
