This customer's order issue was that; she put in the wrong address for her order. We were not rude but explained the order had been sent out already to the address she provided us. This is so important to make sure your address is correct because once we ship out an order, there is no way for us to get it back once the package has left our hands. Unfortunately this customer did not understand that, and did not double check her address.
