I have been contemplating of leaving a review or just leave it and move on. Unfortunately, the response that was left by the vendor was very unnecessary. I saw the gnomes in the picture and thought they were really cute as displayed. I read the options and the Fine Print only mentioned "Please read the description, size chart, etc before purchase" no where it mentioned No Returns. I was aware the size was not going to be large. The only positive about this order was it was shipped timely reason i give it a two star. When i received the order i saw the size and the quality of the gnome it did not fit the price. It looks more like dog chew toy than actual decor. Since I didn't see that the vendor mentioned on their page "no returns" i emailed the vendor and stated that the quality and size did not match the price. Also i did mention i purchased another gnome from another business a bit bigger and the price was lesser. The vendor immediately responded with due to covid restrictions unable to make returns which the person should left it with that answer but proceeded in stating about Chinese made product lower prices which was really unnecessary to mention. They could've nicely left it with the covid issue. I was not very satisfied with their response, which makes me not want to order from them again.
