Very soft, washed up well

Very thin and very light I expected the quilt thicker and heavier. This is a very cute set for summer months. I need another blanket to weigh down on me but I do like the style.

It’s very soft. At first it looked so bright and I kept thinking it had a pink hue, but after I washed it I didn’t see that hue anymore. It’s just very white! It’s definitely on the “cool” color of white and not a warm white. Like other viewers said, sometimes the pin tucks come undone. But I think it will be an easy fix.

First off, I love the bamboo sheets from this company! I have several sets. When I saw they had lavender scented sets, I was on it! I love lavender at bedtime so I had to have them. When I got them, I noticed a small ink-looking mark. I emailed them before washing the sheets because a lot of companies won’t take things back once they’ve been washed. It took forever to get a response from them. When I did, they said it had to do with the Corona Virus. I get that, but I’ve done a lot of online ordering since this all started and everyone has been prompt. They asked if I had washed them and I explained why I had not. They told me to go ahead and wash them. I did as the instructions directed. Not only did the ink not come out, but there was absolutely no lavender smell whatsoever. I emailed and told them. After another long response time, they told me that the ink spot was very small (I sent a picture of it to them) and the sheets do have a lavender scent if you run them together! Really? I should have no ink spot of any size on my brand new sheets. And I have a lot of lavender scented things and none of them require rubbing. Not to mention that rubbing them still didn’t produce any kind of smell. I told them of my dissatisfaction and that I wanted to rerun them for my money back. After a long time they responded and told me they would refund some of the cost, which amounted to a few dollars. I am so disappointed because I have never had a problem with their bamboo sheets until now. I tell everyone who will listen, to order them from this company. But I will never order from them again. Very poor customer service!

Looks really good on my bed! Nice quality. Perfect for warmer months.
