Bought 6 piece luxury Queen sheet set. Was supposed to come with one flat sheet,one fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases. Only came with 2 pillow cases. I have no idea how to contact this company to try to remediate this issue.

This is my fourth set of bamboo sheets via Jane, but unlike the previous sets, this King sized fitted sheet doesn't stay on the mattress. Also, the fabric doesn't feel as silky cool as the other sets. I suspect I putchased knock offs this time...so buyer beware.
