Personalized Pink Erasers
I purchased 8 of the erasers. One was not painted @ all. It could not be read at all. I contacted the seller 2 days ago & still no response. Quality was also not worth the price I was charged. Would not recommend them!!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review however this review was left on the day we were contacted. We are a small business and as much as we would love the ability to answer emails anytime of the day or night it is simply not possible. We did respond to your email promptly letting you know that these were not painted and the fill you saw was left over dust from the laser engraving process which does vary from eraser to eraser, the placement of the eraser on the machine as these are ran in batches and how much washes off during the rinsing step. Variations do occur when hand making items. We would love to hear more about the quality issues as the eraser in question was legible in photos that you sent over and you called 7 out of the 8 perfect. We also offered to remake the one where more of the dust had washed away so it would match better. We always ask customers to allow us fix any issues as we want you to be 100% satisfied in your purchase no matter how big or small the issue may be.
