The name wasn't even put on straight.

My daughters name is completely crooked and as soon as Iet her hold the snack cup- she peeled part of the name off and almost ate it! What a disappointment !

Wrong cup color and bad customer service. I purchased 2 yellow cups, and when they arrived they were 2 different shades of yellow and the lid was not the same color as the cup as pictured. I reached out to customer service about this and they responded and offered to either give me a refund or send a new cup. I asked them to send me a new cup, and they never responded after that. I've sent 3 emails since and have not received a response from them.

I still have not received mine! I ordered 2 for christmas gifts and never got them!!

Very disappointed in this item. The letters were low quality stickers. They were applied unevenly and one of the letters had a ripple where it appeared to be coming off. This item would not withstand normal dish washing. I feel the photographs of the product are misleading as they do not clearly demonstrate the nature of the letters as stickers.

Lid opening is super tight and hard for even small hands to get into. Arrived with cat or dog hair all inside.

Too hard for little hands to grasp thru.

Really disappointed in these.. the letters were already peeling off when I got them.. and the cups are really cheap looking.. mine both had scratches on them and marks all over them like they were used.

My vinyl decal was peeling off from the first time I took it out of the box. :(
