Lady Whistledown Tee

I ordered two of these tees, within a day apart. I'm STILL waiting on one and even after emailing the seller I was provided with the tracking number that I already had and told it was still in route even though it's been 2 weeks and there has been no updated location. The shirt I DID receive had a horrible, almost cigarette like smell, it was incredibly large (not like a normal canvas tee fit I would expect) and the graphic was not centered either horizontally or vertically. I would look elsewhere before ordering here.
