I'm giving them a 5 star even though I did not receive the product. Their immediate attention to my email and a refund all within an hour was exceptional. The product stated delivered, but I did not have the product so it was either stolen or lost unfortunately and the customer filed a claim with USPS. I actually am recommending this seller more than anything. Beadsbee Boutique is hands-down the best experience I've had with Jane. Not that anything has been awful; as a newcomer who is used to Amazon speed, I just didn't realize how slow the pace is with delivery from this site. But, not with Beadsbee. I had my shirt within days! I haven't even had a chance to wear it yet bc it's still in quarantine, but it looks perfect! Beadsbee, if you see this, I tried to order another one on 3/21 for my daughter bc she was so jealous, but wasn't surprised that you had sold out! Thank you for the excellent service!
