Details says seller usually ships within 5 business days. I placed my order on Dec 10. Here it is Dec 27 and the item has not even been shipped out yet. 👎🏼

We shipped all the orders by December 15. Unfortunately, USPS was not updating their tracking presumably due to the volume of mail they received. I am sorry your experience was not up to your expectation. If still haven't received your order, we'd be happy to ship to you again or refund your purchase.
