I think it’s just a personal preference but I don’t like what it’s made out of

I purchased the Fawn bag and used it for a brief time and had an issue with the straps. I contacted the seller and they provided excellent customer service. They were immediately responsive and sent out a replacement bag to me. I was so happy with them I went and placed another order with them for a different bag. In this day and age where things are constantly delayed and it seems like customer service is out the window, I appreciate purchasing from a seller who is responsive and provides excellent customer service. Thus the five stars.

This is definitely not twenty ounces!!! I poured a bottle of water to measure it out.. way short. When you put the top on with the straw, water spills everywhere! By far my worst purchase on Jane. Would NOT recommend this. Id rather get something better quality at target for half the price.
