It opened from the side instead of the top. Very awkward

Did not receive the bag I ordered. The description of the one I ordered states front open pocket with snap closure, top zip closure and two slip pockets inside and one zipper. The one I received is completely open at the top, no snap closure on outside pocket and only one zip pocket inside. NOT HAPPY!!!!
