Smiley Face Cozy Slippers

The slippers were nice but too small, and after waiting on hold for way too long to talk to someone in customer service about exchanging them, I gave up and tried to send an email. I knew we were close to the unreasonable 15-day return window but was just asking to exchange them. No reply at all, despite my inbox getting advertisements from them a couple times a day. So we're stuck with slippers that don't fit the person they were intended for or anyone else in the house.
