Super cute. Wish they had more pockets

I purchased the Fawn bag and used it for a brief time and had an issue with the straps. I contacted the seller and they provided excellent customer service. They were immediately responsive and sent out a replacement bag to me. I was so happy with them I went and placed another order with them for a different bag. In this day and age where things are constantly delayed and it seems like customer service is out the window, I appreciate purchasing from a seller who is responsive and provides excellent customer service. Thus the five stars.
