May be a little pricey for what it is, but because it is personalized, I believe it makes a nice sentimental gift. Met my expectations.

I received this promptly, and it was nice. However it had a spelling mistake. I contacted seller. She offered to make a new one. It would not have been here in time for me to give as a gift, so she offered to refund my money as well as make a new one. It has been two weeks, no replaced item and no refund. Very disappointing.

I ordered and received the order promptly. However there was a mistake. I contacted the seller and was offered a corrected print. I was told it was being shipped November 15 and I have yet to receive the corrected product. I have messaged and asked for tracking number multiple times and no response is given. I really liked the product however the seller is not trustworthy

They misspelled my grandson's name and they will not return messages or respond. I do not reccommend.

Name was misspelled even though I spelled MY OWN NAME correctly when sending personalization to seller. Unable to get in contact with seller to make corrections/refund via email with message saying email is undeliverable.
