This dress was very large and even after adjusting the straps the top was very low and big. The material was sheer and you would have to wear something underneath.

I put true to size because it is an oversized shirt already. My plan was to wear it off one shoulder, the only problem is the sleeves are really really long. It's odd? Even when I wear it not off the shoulder the sleeves are still long. Also pretty see through. And I order black.
