Cuffed Notched Collar Tunic Dress

I ordered a medium as I'm usually a size 6. It was so big on me. Not only was that a problem, but I ordered this dress for family pictures 3 weeks in advance. I didn't receive it until 2 weeks later. I didn't have time to send it back so I had a seamstress fix it for me since there wasn't enough time. I wore it to pictures then washed it and now its smaller than a shirt. Horrible product. I want my money back. Do NOT buy.
