Horrible customer surface

loved this cute dress. Ordered according to sizing chart and the large was to big. I was graciously offered a new dress in medium. The dress was still to large and did not fit to my liking. I have requested twice for a refund with no response.

**HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE** I returned from out of town; tried on dress which is so incredibly wrinkled, it looks like it has been shoved into that bag for months. There is no way this will smooth out and look presentable. Fabric has a weird plastic-y feel and the straps do not lay nicely like they do on the model. Asked my husband for his opinion and he agreed it is not flattering and “looks like a weird bridesmaid dress “. That is an accurate description. I email the company to start a return and am told that I am outside of the two week return period and they will not take it back. What??? I email again and explain I have been away and have had the dress less than 30 days, would they please reconsider. Nope sorry, Jane “won’t let them”. Ridiculous. Have ordered from Jane for years; have never encountered this. Would never order again.

The color was supposed to be ivory and it is more of a light khaki. Not a flattering color at all.

The dress is beautiful however, it seems short in the torso for my body. The seller was quick to respond to my return inquiry!

The material of this dress was not what I expected. It arrived as a wrinkled mess. I was pleased with the customer service, however. They were prompt and excellent!

Love the fit and material for spring. But was very wrinkled when it arrived, so I have to get the iron out.

I wanted to love this dress. The style was so cute. But the material felt like plastic (weird) and it was VERY see-through.

It's very nice but it arrived extremely wrinkly. It was also a bit short on me (I am almost 5 foot 7), so I gave it as a gift to my mom, who is 5 foot 5 and it was perfect length for her.

Cute dress, arrives very wrinkled and runs small.I have lost 50 lbs and wear an XL consistently. This XL is tight. I will keep it as a weight loss goal dress.

I wish I had gotten a larger size..

Shoulder part a little tight. Plum is more like wine but pretty

Beautiful navy blue color. The fabric is kinda weird though. Almost like a silky parachute type material.
