The dress was pretty, and decent quality for the price, but it was one to two sizes too big. I normally wear a small and I was swimming in the small. I’m still waiting for the seller to get back to me about a return. If you were to size down it could be a great dress.

Lotus Leaf Collar Midi Dress

Disappointed. I ordered this dress in a size small. Not only did the shipping take much longer than I had expected. The package was dirty & shoved inside our mailbox in which it should not have fit. According to the tracking, the seller chose to use use usps from CA to GA. The size small is more of a Medium. The top of the dress was too large for my normal xs-small figure. The material is very thin and wrinkly which makes the bottom of the dress uneven in wear. The green is not as pictured (note the seller responded that the photo was taken outside with direct light). Dress will not appear this bright green in possession. Not worth the cost.  This unfortunately is the first time I have had to contact Jane with disappointment. Unfortunately I am now stuck returning this item back to the seller at my expense. Not what I expected from a Jane product/business. :(

Hi Jessica, We are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. As you mentioned, we do use USPS for all of our shipments as it is the shipping carrier that gives us the best price and in turn, allows for us to give our customers the best price for shipping. Unfortunately we have no control over how the package is delivered. Sadly some packages can get smooshed and a little dusty during transit. As we state in our product listings, colors can vary a little due to monitor settings and lighting. Since you did not mention further issues in the email that you are mentioning now (sizing issues, product quality) we were unable to further assist and moved forward with a traditional return. For future reference, please refer back to Jane's return and exchange policy to find out what items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded!
