Very poorly made, super itchy fabric

EDITED: I am reducing my review to 1 star due to the lack of response for a refund I am owed. The other returns I made on the very same day were refunded a week ago, but I cannot get this company to refund my money. Very frustrating! The sweater is super large. I ordered the pink which looks nothing like the photo. It's more like bubblegum pink than the soft peachy pink in the photo. It appears the cost of items on Jane has gone up quite a bit which made me think I was getting a better product, but that is definitely not the case.

I am small & petite , I ordered a small and it fits good, just a little too long for my side, I am 5”, but it looks good with boots on, so I am liking it.

Runs small, not flattering, and took 3 weeks to ship. It also cost me over $10 to return. Not happy.

This fits nicely and is a good solid material. I don't usually wear things that are baggy at all, but I like this.

The waist is a little looser than I like, needs a belt.

Very pretty! I ordered the red dress in small. I am 5'8 and around 128 lbs. I probably could have gone with an extra small size if they offered one. Because it is a wrap dress, I am able to tighten the fit a little. Dress length is at the ankle and the sleeves are plenty long. Fabric appears to be easy care.. light and does not wrinkle. This is an easy breezy, beautiful and feminine dress. I would recommend buying this!

Notified customer service that the sweater was too large. They replied right away and sent a smaller size. Top notch customer service!

Material is not what I expected.

I have contacted customer service to return this item, but no one has replied to my request.

XL was sized as 10-12. It’s very big; more like 14-16. Very pretty and stylish. Love boho look.

XL was to be a 10-12 but it’s more like a 10. Very pretty though. I have to return because waist is more snug than I like.
