Extremely tight; I could hardly get this over my head. I am a small frame but large chested. I could understand if it were only tight in the chest but it was too tight for my rib cage. I am a 32" band size and ordered a Medium. I should be able to fit a medium.
Not recommended for older full figured women but not terrible either. If they had padding it would have been perfect
