Zipper was broken and it was small. Tried contacting seller twice with no response

While I can't give a review on the actual product, I can give a review on the seller I placed an order on November 24, 2020 and still have not received the item I have contacted to seller on multiple occasions to only be told that it was due to Covid that my item was "still processing". I have ordered other things from the same state this is shipping from and received that product in a reasonable amount of time I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this seller

I ordered the hard plastic ties and received the cloth knot ties instead. Not entirely what I wanted but still super cute I’m not mad.
