Knit Cardigan
Wish I could give zero stars. No idea on the fit. I couldn’t try it on. I opened the bag and was immediately hit with the smell of mold. There was a mold stain on it and even the paper folded inside had mold. Never in my life have I been so disgusted. Not even going to try and return. I tossed it immediately. I don’t think it would be safe to put it in the mail. My house smelled for hours after even after I took it out. Made my eyes and skin burn. Normally if I had an issue with something I purchased I would contact the seller privately. But to me this was completely uncalled for. Will never ever purchase from this store again. Almost makes me not want to buy anything from Jane again even though all my other purchases have been fine.
Hi , thank you for reviewing your recent purchase of the knit Cardigan. All of our orders are inspected before sending, you mention a paper folded inside had mold, we do not include a paper inside; all of our items are hanging in large racks until they are sold , then we fold and ship. Not sure how this happen but will report this issue immediately to our manager and discontinue this item from our inventory. Thank you so much again ,a full refund will be schedule asap.
