Seriously the cutest shirt! So comfortable and stylish It smelled horrible when I opened it, I believe because of the velvet, but it was corrected with a wash I would own this top in every color if I could!!!

The dress waist was well above my chest area. I usually wear a Medium, not sure what size I should have gotten. Unfortunately, I will not be able to return this dress. I misplace the label and am now stuck with a dress that I will never be able to wear.
