After my order said "processing" for more than week over the expected ship date, I reached out to learn that this boutique had "oversold" this item and were going to refund me. Their only offer was a meager discount code to use when they "restocked." Um, no thanks. It's a good thing I reached out to THEM to find out why I didn't have the item they promised. Also, no word on how quickly I'll be receiving my refund. I have NEVER had a single issue with a boutique on Jane.com which is why I come here first for a lot of my online shopping/browsing. Boutique experiences like this make me extremely worried. I truly hope Jane doesn't give this shop space again.
