I ordered two of these in September and they have still not shipped, approaching a month later!! I emailed the shop but have yet to hear any response. I would really like to either have my items shipped or my money returned at this point.

I still have not received my product!! Beyond frustrated!!

I still have not received this and was suppose to have ship Oct 4. They say it was the warehouses fault but I also ordered a different sweater on a different day from same company and I've not received it either. Not up to JANE standards in my opinion.

Usually wear a medium but sized down and it fits perfect/ not snug at all!

I used to love this seller- they were the best... but suddenly they’re canceling orders without notifying you or taking two weeks to ship something that they listed as ships in 4 days.

Item has been "processing" since ordered October 7. Never received item or a refund.

I would say go up a size for this cardigan. I bought the largest size you have but it is too small. I will just wear it open with a tank top underneath.

I never received my order. I ordered Sept 14th. Amaryllis made the shipping label the day after I ordered. So I was charged for the item. After a week with still no shipping updates through the tracking number. I reached out to the company. They assured me it would be picked up buy USPS by the end of the next day (Sept 23rd). I reached out to the company again Sept 30th with no response. I finally contacted Jane Oct 6th thinking they could help get this moving. Jane was great, the company however never responded to that conversation as well. I still tried to hold out but eventually cancelled my order through Jane Oct 13th and got a full refund. Amaryllis Apparel was no help and never shipped their product.
