I have not even received this item! Jane has never taken this long to send out anything I've ordered.

This is the second item ordered that they didn't have after charging me first Not sure why this company gets away with this practice on Jane.

Still have not received my order. Ordered on 10/10/20 and expected to ship by 10/15/20. Still says "processing". Emailed the company- no response. 5 days later sent another email and was told there was a shipping delay on some Orders without any mention of when it would be shipped. Should have read the other reviews very disappointed.

It is comfortable & lovely, but mine had a little more black then shown in picture. Mine needs more orange.

Ever received it No communication

Wouldn't know the quality as I never received them (I ordered 2 pair). After weeks and terrible customer service, I canceled my order and requested a refund. Absolutely rediculous. I do not recommend this company. Hopefully my refund doesnt take as long as their responses.

I have already sent one other email that has yet to be answered. I placed an order on October 7th. It states on the site that it's normally shipped within 4 days but yet my order still has not shipped. Please notify me when I will receive my item.

Got for my sister in law & she loves it
