I wish there is a no star button. Really terrible customer service and communication, personally I think the person or people handling customer service relations should be fired. Late shipping always, they cancel orders after a month of not shipping and don't bother to refund, I had to contact Jane customer service to get my refund on cancelled order. Generally a very horrific shopping experience, it's hard to believe this company operates in the US, I was taken aback by the very terrible customer relations.

Colors are not what they appear online and the quality of material is not good.

absolutely love this sweater! Material is super soft and it is a very warm sweater.

I ordered a size large because it said it equated to a size 10- 12. I would say it's equivalent to a 2x or 3x. It felt and looked like a very nice quality but is just way too large - beyond the description of loose.

I am having difficulty getting status on my order. Should have had it close to a month ago. Only received one of two I ordered today. Will not purchase from this company again

Reviews indicated they ran big, I sized down, the smaller size does not work for me. Will try to exchange. Very cute pants though.ed

Slightly large but oh so cute! These jeans look very similar to a much more expensive pair. Can't wait to style them.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT!!!! DO NOT purchase from this seller, it is a joke!!! After 3 weeks of not receiving my ONE sweater, I decided to reach out to the seller. They reassure the shipping will update within hours. 4 days later and no change!! I reach out again and receive no response from them. Wait another week and threaten to report to Jane and the seller finally responds and decides to just refund for the sweater because "the item is out of stock." I am shocked this is the way they handled a first time customer. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from this seller, terrible experience.

Very comfy and easy to wear Love it

I placed my order over a month ago and I still haven't received my merchandise and no one will respond to emails. I literally just lost my money. Don't even deserve 1 star

This product took FOREVER to ship, but is a nice quality and fits mostly true to size, being almost a touch big but just because its a flowy design.

I haven't received my order yet.
