This company truly doesn't understand customer service and are unprofessional. They don't respond to any of the emails I've sent. They took over a month and a half to deliver an item. During this time, I requested a refund multiple times and they did not respond. Now they're telling me there's nothing they can do. They finally sent the item and I don't want it. They're rude and not a good company to purchase from.

This company is terrible. They don't respond to multiple emails. They don't refund items when they're over a month late, despite multiple requests. No answers. They won't make it right. They don't care about their customers. They lack professionalism and customer service.

I wear a large but ordered the extra large because I was told it runs small and check measurements. Still too small and I now have to return and will not have it for the event I ordered it for...sad day.

This was such a cute shirt but SO tiny. Not sure in what world it would be a 2X because it fit more like a large. Was really disappointed because I was so looking forward to this shirt coming in. Maybe this particular brand just isn't for me.

This top was a beautiful color, nice fabric however was much larger than I expected I ordered a small (5'3", 116 lbs), and it fit me like a potato sack. I received my order promptly but due to poor fit must return it.

Beautiful sweater and looks expensive. Soft feel and beautiful color.
