Long Cardigan With Side Slits

I ordered this sweater from jane.com via the Amaryllis store. I couldn't wait to get my sweater. I received it and there was a rip in the seam. I reached out to Jane and found out I had to return to the Amaryllis store. I paid $9.56 to return their damaged sweater. Amaryllis will not refund that shipping fee. I am so upset. THEY SENT ME A DAMAGED SWEATER, I had to pay to send it back, yet I am not entitled to my return shipping fee. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Don't get scammed by this company that doesn't stand behind their products. I paid $19.99 for the sweater + $3.99 original shipping + $9.56 to return it. And was only credited for the sweater and original shipping. I don't have this kind of money to be WASTING on a company that does not do right by their customer. So Jane and Amaryllis lost a customer today.
