Disappointed in the fabric.

I ordered on 9/11, and it was expected to ship by 9/14. Still haven't received it. Sent an email to inquire, and received an auto-response stating they've had a large number of orders and to please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be processed. It's currently been 15 business days for my order to process, and it does not have shipment info. If you need an item within a month, I would not suggest buying from this merchant. Of course, I can't speak to the quality of the item, since I've not received it. I'm giving 2 stars since they had an auto reply set up to inform customers of their current issues.

Runs incredibly small.

The arms on this were super tight! A large fit more like a small in the arms. I was disappointed.

It’s not true to size. I usually order 2x, which I did for this pullover. It was very big. Im hoping once I wash it, it will shrink. I would recommend to go one size smaller than what you usually order because they run big! Overall, the pullover is very soft and warm.
