Material isn’t as soft as I would have liked. But it’s a great sweater, warm and cote under a vest or shall!

I ordered an XL, tag says XL but it fits like 3XL. I ordered Copper. I got I don’t know what. The seller expects me to pay for the return shipping!!!! What???? Didn’t get the size nor the color I ordered. Why should I be out shipping to get it and return it too?????
