Fabric isn't great quality

I ordered three and only received two. Had to reach out to them to receive refund for missing item and they told me it was out of stock, so why didn't they automatically issue a refund instead of me having to ask for one?

Cute top! True to size.

I love this top! It is so pretty and soft, and I received so many compliments on it!

Would have ordered a size smaller, but reviews said it ran true to size. My opinion is that it ran big.

Very cute! I bought it for a friend and she wore it the next day. My only complaint is that the black material is see through. You have to wear something underneath.

Fit is not true to size, so small. Cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes.

Beautiful coat, heavy and I'm sure it would keep you warm however the L size is gigantic. No way it's a 10-12. It is more like size 18, the shoulder seams hit 3 to 4 inches down my arm!.You could almost put a 2nd person in with me. I will call and see what their customer service is like and once that happens. I will add another comment or edit this one if allowed.
