Size down it runs big

The shirt is great, true to size and very soft-just as pictured. The problem I have is with the seller. I ordered this shirt 10 days in advance of my sister's birthday. The site says the seller usually ships in 2-3 days. No one contacted me to let me know it wouldn't ship until 14 days after I ordered. I would have been ok and understanding that sometimes things get backed up IF I had been given some kind of heads-up on the matter. Instead I kept tracking, looking, apologizing that her gift was taking so long. I finally contacted the seller myself to find out what was going on. This will be my last shopping with this seller also because I ordered 3 pairs of the same pants from them a while back(same brand, same size, different colors) and ALL 3 say the same size but they most definitely are not. I can wear 1, #2 depends on the day...#3- I never have been able to get on. Won't order from this seller again.

Love this! Fabric is super comfy! I already washed it and it held up great. No shrinkage at all.

I normally wear a medium, I ordered a medium and it’s a little big. I do like my shirts long so I love that about it! Would order this shirt again but maybe size down.

Not the quality I was expecting. This reminds me of a cheap dress up piece. The fabric is very sheer with no shape.
