Wish I would've went up another size to get more of that lose look.. more fitted than I wanted

I can usually wear L to XL for dresses. I ordered XL for extra room on this and it fit too tight on hips.
Very simple and cute. Goes with everything.
Only complaint I have was the center seam in the v neck was off center so it just looks a little funny. The shirt is very comfortable.
not an off the shoulder unless you have tiny shoulders. I ordered up a size and it fit perfectly as a boat neck NOT an off the shoulder....
It was a little baggy. The fit is weird so I’ve never worn it.
Across my arms it is sized too small, it is designed, or sewed weird.

SUUUUUPER CUTE but was very snug on my chest & hips....NO give in the material...having to return...sent 1 message so far (2days ago) & no reply yet....(it is the wkend) UPDATE-- they replied Monday a.m. & sent me return label. NO cost to return!!😁
