Cold Shoulder Dress

The cut of the garment is true to size, but the length is pretty short. I don’t know how short one needs to be in order for this to reasonably serve as a dress, but 5’10 is too tall by a decent margin. Having said that, this looks adorable as a tunic with leggings or bike shorts.
