Love this top! Will be perfect for Spring and Fall in Michigan. I had no issues with it being tight in the arms or chest area. I ordered a size medium. I usually wear a size 8/10 and I’m 5’7”.
Your small/mediums tend to be too big on me since sometimes I need more of an Xs/s. Not your fault!

Cute but the fabric is not comfortable at all and it runs way too small to fit the way it’s pictured. I sized up a size and it wasn’t enough.
A little longer than I like & shoulders are snug but hoping it breaks in

I bought this In a size small for my daughter and ended up keeping it for myself. I typically wear a medium and it fits more like a large. I feel this runs a couple of sizes too big. But super cute and very comfortable. Just size down.
