Short Sleeve Puff Lace Sleeve Top | S-2X

The picture of this top portrays the top to be aquamarine. When it was delivered it is a Sage or Army Green, which is not at all like the top that is shown on display. Why would you make the purchaser assume he is buying something different than shown? I am requesting a refund. Would you explain that process of your policy to return products. I do not like the Color at all.
