If I could give zero stars for this seller, I would. I ordered this item on Sept. 7, it is now Oct. 3 and I have not received it. My second email to the seller finally inspired a response...that was a week ago, I have yet to hear from them again. I came back to jane.com to check the status yesterday to find that the order was "canceled and refunded". Not sure who or why it was canceled as it was not done by me. Interestingly enough I see that this top will be back on this site tomorrow so I have to assume that it is not out of stock. Sure do wish I had read all the bad reviews on this seller before I placed the order...so disappointing.

Cute shirt, but very big in size. I had a medium and gave it to my mother who is an lxrg in size.

Have not received my order. Shows to ship by September 23rd & it's now October 3rd. Still showing that the order is processing. Have reached out to the company two times & only got an automated response that they will get back to me. Not impressed with customer care!!

Cute top and super soft. Slightly more baggy than I would have liked but overall happy with the purchase.

Way too oversized for me. Cute though. Wish it looked better on me. I’ll keep it to wear around the house. Fast shipping.

It’s not the color I ordered. It’s grey, not blue. And it’s really too big. I CAN’T GET THE SELLER TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS.

Cute top, but definitely runs small. I ordered in the green, and the color is very pretty. But, the sleeves are impossibly tight at the top of the arm (almost couldn’t get the shirt off- I was afraid I would rip the crochet detail), and the body of the shirt is a slim cut. I ordered the M, and I’m normally a small-medium in tops (5’6”, 135lbs, sz 6 pants), and it barely fit.

Very soft-can't wait to wear out!! I am going to look at adding another to my wardrobe!

Horrible customer service! They sent me the wrong size. Packing slip said size 10 and they sent me a size 8. Did not respond to multiple emails. Thankfully Jane’s fantastic customer service gave me a full refund. I will absolutely not order from this company again!

I love these pants! Im 5'6", size 8-10 and the 10 fits perfectly. I have washed them, hung up to dry, and they are holding up well so far. The length is good, although they do drag a bit when i wear flats.

It was a heavier, bulkier sweater than I expected. I purchased two and am now trying to return them but the seller hasn't contacted me. It's been 2 full business days.

Nice thick material but not too hot. I’m tall and they hit me just under my jeans pockets which I appreciate. Colors were great too. Ordered 2 and love both of them.
