Cold Shoulder Dress

The dress never arrived, I have emailed the seller and have only gotten a 1/2 response about looking into it to see why not, it has not even shipped. The dress seems to be stuck in a state of "processing" who knows if it fits who knows what the quality is I don't have a dress. The money has been taken out of my account and I don't have a dress. I do not suggest using this seller. I would have put 0 stars, but that wasn't an option.
