Definitely not what I thought it would be

Great product and great price!

This dryer has a very short cord . It has a very high pitch . I quit drying my hair in the middle and switched back to my old dryer! I will probably try to return this item. This is the first time since I have shopped with Jane to return anything .

This was a gift. It was missing the attachments. Very embarrassing.

Great styling tool for the price!

I usually never leave a bad review, but I can’t get a response from anyone. I ordered 3 of these and only received 1. No biggie, right, mistakes happen. I’m very understanding. It’s an easy fix. Just send me the other 2. I tried to chat with Jane 6 times. No response. I sent 4 e mails. No response. This is where people get frustrated and upset. I just want a refund or the other 2 dryers I paid for. I’m still trying to get this resolved, it’s been almost 2 weeks. That is why I’m leaving a bad review.

Shipping was fast. Comes packaged very nicely. Green color is great. This is a gift so I won’t be plugging it in or using it, but purchasing and shipping experience was 5 stars.

I ordered two and one of them pulls my hair out because the the flat iron pieces do not lay flat. I have not opened the other one yet. I hope it is only the one I tried.

It arrived safe, but when I plugged it in, it did not work. Jane won't refund my money. I'm still waiting on the seller to find out if they'll refund or replace. If not, I'll dispute it through AmEx.
