Really cute for the price. I ordered three bracelets, but one came in with the engraving off-center. It was pretty obvious and I felt that someone either engraving or packaging it should have noticed, but I contacted the seller for a replacement. I realize that the days of the customer is always right have changed somewhat over the years, but was surprised to learn that I had to take photos to prove that the engraving needed to be re-done. Call me old fashioned, but two were fine...one was not, and I was only asking for a straight monogram. After several days, the seller sent me label info which I had to print and then repackage the return according to her guidelines. After several more days, I received the replacement bracelet; it was straight this time. I would also note that if you are buying as a gift, do not expect each item to come in it's own box. I ordered three and they were all shoved into one tiny gift box clearly meant for only one bracelet. I thought that odd and a kind of "penny wise-pound foolish" approach. Again, pretty bracelet for the price and I'm happy with the product, but I have had better customer service from other Jane and etsy-type sellers.
