The bracelet is pretty. I ordered 2 bracelets, one as a gift and one for myself. My bracelet was monogrammed incorrectly. I sent a text where it said “cobtact us” for questions etc. I never received a response. So I’m left with a bracelet that I can’t wear. Never will buy anything from them again unless it’s made right.
