The hat is very stiff and the way it was shipped/packaged there are seams that are not coming out at all. The other hat I ordered which is similar to this one is what I expected this one to be like only with more coverage on top of the head. That had is nice but this one is just too stiff. The good thing is the coverage on top of the head bc it was purchased for balding, woman but it's too stiff.
