Both hats came all folded up and bent- still am not sure if I can even keep them bc they look so bent up.

Hi Nicole! We are so sorry your hat arrived bent. It's super simple to fix. If you hit it with a steamer for a couple of minutes and reshape the brim, it will look like the hats in the photos.
