The ring was way to big as a toe ring. therefore, I had to tighten the ring. I tried to wear it as a toe ring and it pinched my foot all day.

Hi Wendy! We are so sorry your hat arrived wrinkled. It's super simple to fix. If you hit it with a steamer for a couple of minutes and reshape the brim, it will look like the hats in the photos.
