I love these so much I want another pair. I moved to the desert and at the same time my doctor wants me in orthotic shoes. With the inserts my brace and feet were squeezed. These socks made my feet more comfortable in my shoes and I was able to wear the shoes without a brace. I used these for walking and had no slip issues. I wear a regular width size 8.5 womens. These were in a low ankle shoe with a high back, and a lot of arch support.
