Foldable Satin Bow Visors

I’m not happy with the condition of the product upon receipt. It should have been rolled and mailed in a secure container as to retain its shape. It was folded, many times, and mailed in a bubble envelope. Now I’m left trying to figure out how to remove all of the creases from my hat. It looks like an accordion on my head.

Hi Jacque! I am so sorry it arrived with the creases in it. It is an easy fix though! If you hit it with a steamer for a few minutes it will take all the creases out. We packed them in a suitcase for the photo shoot and used the steamer to get the results in the pictures. I hope that helps!
