Not as pictured! The hat I received did not come with a drawstring, therefore did not stay on my head at the beach. This is not a cute hat, at all. It did not hold up to washing, so it went in the garbage.

Foldable Satin Bow Visors

It arrived in the mail rolled and flattened and with severe creases that have been almost impossible to get out.. Better packaging might solve the problem.

Hi Shannon! We appreciate you ordering from us! I'm sorry your visor arrived flattened with creases. It is easy to fix. If you steam if for just a few minutes it will take the creases out. We have done it a few times and it has worked out great!

I reached out to cancel my order and the next day they shipped it to an address where I no longer reside, even after explaining that they still shipped. I didn’t have a new address as I am traveling in an RV so who knows where it'll go and I never was even offered a refund. 10/10 do not recommend. Horrible customer service.
