Sequin Roll-Up Bow Visor

The visor does not fit well and fall in front of my eyes to where I cannot see in front of me. The sizing issue is part of ordering online, but I am giving the product 1 star b/c I have emailed the company multiple times to request a refund or credit (to apply to different merchandise they offer) and no one has gotten back to me. Horrible customer service. UPDATE: the vendor did get back to me after I posted my original review and stated they were willing to accept the return. I increased my initial rating for since they tried to make the situation right, which I greatly appreciate.
