I ordered 2 of these and one was missing the pin that held it on the band. I notified the seller and she said she could send me a pin to put in it. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fix it myself so i asked if I could return it and they could ship me a replacement watch. She said only if I wanted to pay shipping both ways. That would have cost me more than the watch so I agreed to her sending the pin. It was very difficult to replace but I finally succeeded. Besides that, I love these watches!

I haven't exactly tested the all-terrain drink coaster aspect of this product yet, but as a tabletop coaster, it's fine. It also seems cool for chips and salsa, although I don't think it would resist stains. I want another set of each now.
